The usage of filters were incorporated after using transparent layers and brush tools to create effects. The main tools used was the magic lasso along with editing lighting and adding effects for texture. Mostly all of the work was done on separate layers in case i wanted to change details without effecting everything. The end result was many different layers above and below coming together and creating a unique image altogether.
